Jake R. Kazmarek (1993-2021)

Hilton – Jake was a healthy, 28-year-old married body builder with no underlying health conditions. He did not want to get vaccinated, but felt he had no choice. He received the first dose of the Moderna vaccine on August 3rd and the second dose on September 28th. On September 30th he reported feeling unwell, and after a “short illness” he passed away on October 2nd.
