Letter to Sydney Catholic Schools

Dear Sydney Catholic schools and (Principal name)
You may recall that late last year I contacted you all regarding my concerns of:
- Forced vaccination of children in Australia
- Mandatory mask-wearing that is unlawful
- My written letter informing that I do not consent to any forms of vaccination of my child
During this time I was assured that children would not be vaccinated on school property and that formal consent would be sought by Sydney Catholic schools by parents. As I warned Scott Morrison announced yesterday the following;
- “Test to stay regime” – where parents will test their children in the morning and upload to biometrics . This ‘test to stay regime’ appears to apply to private schools also and to children as young as 5 years old
- Mandatory mask-wearing of children as young as 5
- That young teenagers (12 years old) can provide consent to a COVID vaccination without parental permission
- Vaccinations at schools – a $4 million dollar program was announced to ensure kids can get the jab at school and it was announced Sydney Catholic Schools were also holding pop up clinics at schools

On the 7th of December 2021 cease and desist letters were served to all Education Ministers. I will now be serving a cease and desist letter to Sydney Catholic Schools as well as St Anthony of Padua. I as well as many other parents do not consent to “test to stay regime”, mandatory mask-wearing, pop up vaccination clinics at schools, or that a 12-year-old can consent to a provisionally approved MRNA Vaccine. I would like the above confirmed in writing of what plans will be attempted to be enforced by Sydney Catholic Schools and ( school details). And if my daughter/son is denied an education as she/he will not be participating with these demands. If these demands are enforced I will be pursuing legal action.
You will be hearing from my lawyer Peter Fam (Principal Lawyer Human Rights) from Maats Method if Sydney Catholic Schools implements any of the above. My daughter/son will not be rapid antigen tested on a daily basis, nor will she/he be masked, and I do not consent for Sydney Catholic Schools to condition our future generations to participate in the biggest human experiment in history. You should all be ashamed of yourselves as human beings for participating in the injury and murdering of our children. Now let me enlighten you with the facts of the COVID – 19 vaccinations for children.
Australian Children are currently and thankfully at a negligible risk for COVID -19. Over 50,000 children have caught COVID -19 in Australia up until the day of the roll out of COVID -19 vaccinations for 5-11 year old’s it was reported that a 5 year old child with a genetic disorder and comorbidities had passed away with COVID not from COVID. Please review the health.gov.au COVID-19 Epidemiology reports. Children have a 99.99% recover rate of COVID-19.
As you are all aware Covid – 19 vaccines are still currently only under provisional (conditional) approval in Australia until the trial period ends in 2023, which can be reviewed on the vaccine fact sheets which are available on the TGA website. Tragically it is important to highlight the recent death of a 14 year old due to the Moderna Vaccine in Australia (TGA.gov.au – database of adverse notifications 20.10.2021. Rollout of the Moderna vaccine in Australia commenced despite the fact that prior to the EAU expansion of 12-15 year olds in the USA, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) showed two deaths in 15 year olds who had each received Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, making the death rate for either vaccination in this age group approximately 0.1% (2 in 2000) over 200 times higher than COVID 19 mortality rate in the USA.
These figures do not include the adverse reactions experienced by thousands of children internationally and in Australia. COVID vaccine injuries reports for the abovementioned age group in the USA almost quadrupled from May 14 to May 2021 of this year, going from 943 to 3,449 adverse events, including 58 injuries rated as serious. The next week, the COVID vaccine total for that age group jumped by another 37% to 4, 750, comprising 209 serious injuries and five deaths attributed to cardiac arrest. Doctors are warning about the possibility of “long term adverse events that have not yet been discovered at this time, including on growth, reproductive system or fertility. A CDC study in the New England Journal of Medicine also showed that 12.7% of covid vaccinated pregnant woman lost their babies to miscarriage or still birth (almost 1 in 8 woman)
I would like to arrange a face to face or MS teams meeting with Sydney Catholic Schools and Principal … with my lawyer …. as soon as school returns. Can you please advise your availability as soon as possible.
